Writing down goals and visualizing success are both powerful habits. Believe, See, Achieve. Byron’s coaching is based on six pillars — mindset, stress management, sleep, nutrition, hydration, exercise/movement. Exercise is not enough; you need balance in all of these areas. The quality of what you eat is more important than calorie counting. Use whatever time you have available for exercise, even if it’s just 10 minutes. Move every day.
