TW: mentions of addiction and some cursing.

I had another great conversation this week. Becky Mollenkamp is a feminist coach for small business owners who are ready to make a big leap in business but also want to check out of hustle culture. She lost her brother very suddenly in 2010 to an overdose. We shared so many similar stories in our sibling loss here and I’m so happy to share with.

I had another lovely conversation with the up and coming author Jessica Waite.

When life handed her a riveting, horrifying and surprisingly beautiful story, Jessica Waite transformed herself into a writer. Now she harnesses the healing potential of storytelling to help others find their way back to joy and connection. Jessica is the creator of endlesstories.love, a website for bereaved people to keep memories alive. Her memoir “The Widow’s Guide to Dead Bastards” is coming out with Simon & Schuster July 30.

TW: Language and mentions of abuse

I had another great conversation here with Vanessa Joy. Vanessa is an Autistic, ADHD trans woman that survived nearly four decades of familial abuse. She is now the head of her own podcast, Transcending Humanity, a professional photographer, and a leader in the Ohio Equal Rights organization working on amending the Ohio Constitution to enshrine equality, and stop hateful legislation.
