Neville had challenges with CGC mislabeling books, Grail Hunters members had challenges with Halo mis-grading and not calling out missing pages. Wrong label colours? Wrong grade? Inconsistent grading? They chat about the impact of grading inconsistencies, how it affects the collectors and the collecting economy, and more so they ask all the tough questions around what obligation the grading companies have to fix it or resolve issues.
