    This week on the show, Maine and Josh explaining Craig Jones, invitational rules and some of the nuances regarding the sloped pit format. We also preview ADXC 5, and BJJ Stars Vikings, plus recap Pit Submission.

    In the news section of the show, we discuss Mason Fowler, dropping out of the Craig Jones, invitational and potentially who he will be replaced by. We also discussed Craig Jones versus Gabby Garcia. Potentially now being for a $1 million prize.

    In the breakdown section of the show, we discuss, the most recent matches that have taken place in the karate combat kit, submission format, and potentially some of the strength and weaknesses that come with playing along the wall. We also run through the entire public rule set that has been announced for CJI, including how the rounds are structured the format for the scoring decisions, penalties installing as well as the initiation criteria, and other factors that go into decisions and Judge scoring.

    In the recap section of the show, we discuss Aljamain Sterling versus Jay Jay Wilson, Roosevelt Susa versus Alexander Romanoff, and Patrick Gaudio's match on the card.

    I Preview section of the show we discuss the upcoming ADXC 5 event headlined by Uriah Faber vs Bibiano Fernandes, Chad Mendes vs Kevin Lee , and Ruan Alvarenga vs AJ Agazarm.

    In our preview of BJJ Stars Vikings we discuss the stylistic matchup in the main event of Davi Ramos vs Mica Galvao taking place in no-gi. The hitly anticipate rematch from IBJJF worlds of Francisco Lo vs Tainan Dalpra in the Gi. An ineresting matchup inAnderson Munis vs Fellipe Andrew, Pedro Maia vs Andy Murasaki, Felipe Machado vs Diogo "Baby Shark" Reis, and Lucas Barbosa vs Isaque Bahiense.

    In the outro section of the show we discuss preparing for ADCC and CJI in Vegas and the equipment needed in Las Vegas for those events.

    On the Finishers WNO Qualifier recap we talk about the main event qualifier match between Isaac Cordova vs Julian Espinosa with Cordova taking the WNO qualifier slot with a well timed pass and turnover to back mount and RNC.

    In the F2W 256 Recap we talk about Josh Cisneros vs Joao Mendes with Josh's passing on display and a pass to the back and rear naked choke victory. We also talk about the co-main event of Mateus Luna vs Bill “The Grill” Cooper with Luna taking a decision victory and retaining the title.

    This week on the show Maine and Miranda break down the over 80 kg division at the Craig Jones invitational. Plus recap F2W 255, and Enigma Invitational.

    In the news section, we discussed some of the recent divisional moves for ADCC and the final entrance announced for the Craig Jones invitational CJI above 80 kg.
    We discuss all of the grappler's announced for the division, including who our front runners are, and some of the top accolades of all of the athletes announced, including information about the dark horses and stud wrestlers, announce for the division. We discuss who might be able to disrupt the front runners with the new format and sloped arena of the event and more.

    In our recap of Fight to Win, 255, we discuss the main event with Barett Yoshida, taking a decision victory, and Kevin crane putting on an impressive performance over Fellipe Trovo with a fast heel hook.

    In our recap of enigma, we discuss all of the submissions for the two finalists throughout the quarterfinals and semi finals and then briefly discuss the final where Davis Asare submitted Dylan Garafalo with a triangle.

    In the outro Maine talks about writing his Black Belt speech the later this week.
