  • This series tell the story of the 1941 Greek Day Appeal in support of Greece which was fighting alongside Britain against the Axis powers. It was an initiative of the Australian authorities which saw many Australian cities decked out in blue and white and celebrating all things Greek to raise funds for the front. This four part series recounts those events through personal stories and newspaper articles. - Η σειρά «Ελληνικές Μέρες της Αυστραλίας» αφηγείται τις προσπάθειες του Αυστραλιανού λαού να στηρίξει τον αγώνα της Ελλάδας κατά των δυνάμεων του Άξονα το 1941 με έναν παναυστραλιανό έρανο διαρκείας. Ήταν η εποχή που η γαλανόλευκη κυμάτιζε δίπλα στην Βρετανική σημαία, που εύζωνες παρήλασαν στους δρόμους του Σύδνεϊ και της Βρισβάνης και οι δρόμοι γέμισαν με ανθρώπους που φορούσαν ελληνικές παραδοσιακές φορεσιές. Τα τέσσερα επεισόδια της σειράς περιλαμβάνουν αυθεντικές μαρτυρίες ελληνο-αυστραλών που βίωσαν την ατμόσφαιρα των εκδηλώσεων.

She was given a box with three words printed on the front side: Help Our Boys.
