Growth Spot Podcast is one of the official media arms of Growth Spot Africa, a non-profit, pan-African organization focused on equipping the youth for the Africa we want. At Growth Spot Africa, we believe that by empowering the youth, we can create a better future for Africa.

Our mission is to advance and support ideals, principles, and practices that center on equipping the young for the Africa that we want through collective efforts of training, empowerment programs, and projects. We are committed to building a community of highly skilled youth marked by creativity, innovation, collective intelligence, collaboration, and the grit to advocate for institutional reforms, leadership skills, technical skills, resources, community, and opportunities.
