  • I think most of us can agree there is something about that time of the month..... Hormones can be complicated and misunderstood. Our heart is for you to connect and understand how you where uniquely created. In todays conversation sisters Ally and Sara are talking about understanding our cycles and how they can give you a good indication on the health of your hormones, which do effect many aspects of our wellbeing. There are many apps out there that can help you understand you start to track your cycle; MyFLO App is one Sara and I use. We are by no means experts in this area, we are just two momma's on a journey of understanding our bodies and minds 💓🧠🧘🏼‍♀️
