    • How can you start doing what you love today?

    • You get out what you put in.

    Create Content

    • What could you do today that you aren’t currently doing?
    • Why aren’t you doing it already? Are you procrastinating? Have you not thought of it before? Have you started but keep ignoring it?
      • What could you do that could take your content to the next level?
      • What content have you created? Are you happy with it?
      • JUST DO IT. CREATE. MAKE SOMETHING.

    Intentional Time

    • What do you currently do with your time?
    • Do you have a planner? How do you currently use that planner? Is it just for the big moments/events?
    • How could you be intention with every minute of your day? Do you have time just for watching movies or working on creating content?

  • Episode 52: The #1 Influence Of How You Can Set Goals On Autopilot
    Jan 27 2021

If we can intentionally design this and any other environment, we’ll make improving ourselves almost inevitable.” - Benjamin Hardy, PhD

For me this rings so true, and I’ve definitely noticed it in my family as well.

We're all gung-ho on our goals the first week of January, but come February, you’ll fall into that trap that over 92% of the population falls into if you set them the same way you’ve always done it.

If you’re ready to make your healthy resolutions stick in 2021, here’s what you need to know what the biggest influence in your goals is, and how to set them on autopilot to reach them stress-free.

The first thing to do is take one of those habits, and decrease your need to decide how it will go. Most of the time, it doesn’t matter. You want to focus your attention on the times when it does. That’s power!

Next, ask yourself these three questions for a quick win to reduce that decision fatigue and make it more likely you will easily and enjoyably reach your goals:

    Is your environment serving you?

What’s the most difficult thing for you to avoid in your house/office/car?

What can you replace it with to reduce using your willpower and creating decision fatigue?

In the end, Your environment is something you can’t ignore or avoid- it’s always around you, and you must surround yourself with what and who will help reduce resistance to your goals, not increase it, or exhaust your willpower.

  • Episode 49: Create A Better Relationship With Yourself And Live A Better Story in 2021 With Pratiti Pathak
    Jan 6 2021

Pratiti Pathak is a real estate agent with Kellar Williams, and currently going through life coaching school as she begins coaching people in her business called Results By Design.

Do you feel like no matter what you do, you’re not good enough? And with all your effort, your health still suffers? You’re not alone. It may not be a physical problem you’re dealing with.

It may be about the deep down mental emotional pain that we go through and how our brain makes that a physical condition instead of a mental one. It's easier for us to go through physical pain than mental pain.

We give ourselves all these external aches and pains to compensate for something that could be on a very unconscious level.

For example, when you're eating carrots but doing it to avoid- if you're eating carrots when you're not hungry, when there's no need to be eating carrots, that's when you know you're doing it as a buffering to avoid something else. Any time that you're doing something unconsciously like that it's because you're trying to avoid something.

Pratiti gives us some incredibly valuable gold nuggets of knowledge to help you create a better relationship with yourself. It all starts with your thoughts.

Some of the things she shares with us during this intimate conversation are:

    • What she did when going through a divorce, and toxic relationship
    • What she learned when she lost her only child
    • Where your results come from, and
    • Why challenges and struggles are gifts
    • How you can shift your thoughts to make 2021 YOUR year!
