  • The Shift You Need to Stay Relevant This Year with Natalie Benamou, Founder, HerCsuite®
    Jan 7 2026
What does listening to your intuition have to do with relevancy? If you’ve been feeling sidelined for opportunities or your business hasn’t been growing or landing board the right role hasn’t happened there is a simple answer and it’s not what you think….Today we are celebrating 250 episodes with you, our listener. Today we are celebrating 250 episodes with you, our listeners. We have had many women from HerCsuite®, speakers from our alliance partner Innovation Women as well as executive leaders, bestselling authors, TEDx Speakers, all sharing stories to help inspire you to dream a little bigger and believe in possibilities. While the focus has been on making career pivots, leadership trends in corporate, boards and business growth, today future-first leaders need something different to be in demand. 3 Ways to Reframe Being in DemandStaying relevant beyond social media. Trust is the most important currency and that gets built not on social media but in-person, speaking, writing books and even being guests on podcasts where you are seen and heard authentically you. -> Ask yourself what steps can you take to build trust?Listen and keep it simple. Taking the advice received from my uncle Bill Siemering before launching my first podcast, Rock Your Trade Show has helped guide me beyond hosting podcasts. His advice was simple. Listen.->Be a curious learner in every conversation. Listen for the bread crumb of an idea and build on that for a follow up question. Solve the problem. I have had the amazing opportunity of interviewing so many leaders who shared their journey, some while rising to the c-suite and others about launching businesses or landing board roles. The through line is that each leader shared how they solved problems and it lead to more opportunities, business or other board roles.-> Where is the gap in your industry? The opportunity for us all in problem solving is not to stay in the red sea (as described in ‘Blue Ocean Strategy’) where everyone is offering the same thing. If you are a consultant, service based business, coach, board director, what is one thing you offer that is different. Unsure? Listening and paying attention will reveal the gap.Your Action Step to Stay Relevant: Be the person people know will get it done. Today, think about one action you do for someone as a follow up to a conversation. Build on that tomorrow and the next day. Before you know it, people will think of you first. My gratitude to you. Thank you for being with me today. For all our listeners around the world, I appreciate you. Whether this is your first time listening or have been listening even to my first show. Special gratitude to my uncle Bill Siemering, who taught me from a young age how listening and storytelling transform our lives.Wherever you are on your leadership journey this year, know you are not alone. I will be here each week with ideas that will help you to stay relevant and be the go-to-leader people call first.Always remember to keep shining your light bright. • Your Board's AI Strategy May be Falling Short with Beth Grimm, Founder & Principal, Beth Grimm Leadership Consulting
    Dec 31 2025

How prepared is your board for the speed of change with AI?

There is no single AI tool that works across an organization. Employees may already be experimenting with non-sanctioned AI LLMs, often without leadership visibility or governance oversight.

Listen in as host Natalie Benamou is joined by Beth Grimm, an AI Governance and Risk Expert. Beth has extensive experience in life sciences, quality, and risk management. She brings a practical, grounded perspective on what boards and senior leaders need to understand about AI literacy, oversight, and accountability as adoption accelerates.

Together, they discuss why AI governance is about enabling growth while managing risk. From defining use cases before selecting platforms to recognizing where exposure shows up when employees adopt tools informally, this conversation ties AI decisions directly to board oversight, trust, and long-term value creation.

This episode is essential listening for board members, executives, and leaders navigating AI decisions that carry long-term strategic and fiduciary impact.

    3 Key Takeaways:

    • AI strategy begins with the problem, not the tool
    • Leaders must define use cases, business outcomes, and KPIs before selecting platforms or signing enterprise contracts.
    • AI governance cannot sit with one person

Effective oversight requires cross-functional champions across legal, IT, business, HR, and risk, not a single owner working in isolation.

    • Oversight is continuous, not one-and-done
    • AI systems require ongoing human review, monitoring, and ROI measurement to ensure they behave as intended and deliver value.

You are invited to attend Assessing and Building Trust in Unregulated AI World.

Join Beth Grimm, Janice C. Haith and Lisa Agapis on January 2, 2026, 12 PM CT.

  • Amplify the One Thing That’s Calling You Forward with Natalie Benamou, Founder, HerCsuite®
    Dec 24 2025
Are you feeling pushed by responsibility or being pulled toward possibilities?Today is a special episode just for you. It is all about personal reflection on gratitude, growth, and the quiet signals that guide us to decide what comes next. From a meaningful “take your mom to work” experience to moments of physical and emotional endurance, this is an invitation to pause and notice what’s been tugging at your heart.A Proud Mom Moment Recently, I joined my daughter at Define Private Training, where she is a lead instructor. Watching her lead a program built around individualized goals lights me up.Here are 3 Leadership Lessons I learned from watching her:Leadership starts with planning: Thoughtful preparation creates a better experience for everyone. The best leaders exemplify empathy: Being aware, reading strengths, and meeting each woman exactly where she is creates progress.Great facilitators make it feel effortless: Coaching form, managing energy, and keeping the room connected is what seasoned facilitators do.Personal note: I learned that saving the 135-pound sled push for my last exercise may not have been my smartest strategy, but finishing it left me feeling exhilarated! As the year comes to a close, many of us find ourselves looking for the one thing to amplify and push us forward. Today I explore:The difference between being pushed by obligation and pulled by purposeWhy thoughtful preparation and empathy remain essential leadership strengthsHow great facilitators make hard things feel possibleThe importance of releasing what no longer fits, even when you’re capable of itA simple Love, Like, Capable exercise to help regain alignmentWhy learning, curiosity, and experimentation often live in the love columnHow community, especially women supporting women, changes everythingI also share reflections on resilience, personal health journeys, and the importance of keeping our windshield bigger than our rearview mirror as we move into a new season. As we head into the new year, I am so grateful to the HerCsuite® Community and the clarity we found for HER HEALTHX poised to make a huge impact on women’s health outcomes. On a personal note, my heart is overflowing with gratitude that our oldest daughter’s health was finally diagnosed. She is now living on her own (after 4 years of being bed ridden) and my youngest daughter is leading women and beyond her years and it is a gift to see them grow. This episode is dedicated especially to you, all around the world who are tuning in. I want you to know how much I appreciate you, that you are valued and you matter. May you finish the year with peace and carry joy with you into the new year. Each of us has the ability to be a Baller and in demand. When we have that belief, we are ready to amplify the one thing that lights us up and move forward.Keep shining your light bright.
