  • The plaintiff says the defendant came to her salon with her kids and one of them broke her iPad. She’s suing for the cost to replace it. The defendant says her children and the plaintiff’s daughter were all playing, and there’s no proof the defendant’s child was responsible. Then, the plaintiffs say they have a mold remediation company, and the defendant refuses to pay for a storage pod they rented for him when his basement needed work. They’re suing for what they’re owed. The defendant claims he was told the storage fees were much less than the bill he got, so he refuses to be gouged. Plus, the plaintiff says she agreed to move into an apartment the defendant, a broker, had offered. She says the moving day kept being put off, so she’s had to find another place. She’s suing for her money back. The defendant says he found a suitable place, but the plaintiff changed her mind. He says he owes nothing.
