In India, there is a potential market worth 75 billion rupees (7500 crores). The market size of the Indian staffing industry was INR 26,650 crore in 2014 and is growing between 10-15% year on year. Over the past five years, the industry has grown at a rate of 20-25% per annum, and it's not showing any signs of slowing down so far
