After you listen to this podcast, you may see dentists in a very different light. I had a great conversation with Ron about the mouth and anus and many things in between. We dived into his book where we mainly focused on two of the chapters - Dental Stress and Postural Stress.

Dr Ron is one of Australia’s leading holistic health advocates with over 35 years of clinical practice. His 2018 book A Life Less Stressed: the 5 pillars of health and wellness  (Scribe Publications) has been published internationally. His weekly podcast Unstress with Dr Ron Ehrlich explores and expands on themes of his book, with world leaders in areas of stress, building resilience for individuals and the planet. Dr Ron has Fellowship in Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (FACNEM) and a Fellowship in Lifestyle Medicine (FASLM).. He is Immediate Past President of the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine  He has co-founded Nourishing Australia, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to healthy soils, nutrient-dense foods and regenerative agriculture, bringing together principles of holistic healthcare and holistic farm management. He is CEO and Founder of The Holistic Health Institute dedicated to delivering health  & wellness to individuals and corporations from its online education platform, built on clinical experience and backed by science.
