After teaching in a public school for several years, she began homeschooling her own five children and discovered the amazing world of alternative education. At Clonlara School, April works with the campus program in Ann Arbor as well as all six global language programs to support over 2,000 homeschoolers in their personalized learning journeys. She and her husband live in southeast Michigan with their youngest two children.
