Householders: American Life as Zen Practice

By: Silent Thunder Order
  • Summary

  • A conversation about American life as Zen practice. Through work, play, chores, hobbies, the intimacy of relationships, and the many rituals of household life, we can fully express the practice of Zen. The rigors may be different from the monastic path, but they are no less rigorous. Establishing this day-to-day life as the foundation of practice is the grand project of American Zen.

Hosted by Inga Annie Tudora and Kyōsaku Jon Mitchell, lay members of Atlanta Soto Zen Center, with occasional special guests from the sangha and beyond.
