About Staciana

Staciana Winfield is a motivational speaker and performance coach, a 2000 Olympic gold medalist, and a five-time American Record holder. She speaks on how to cope with the grief of losing a loved one, as well as how athletes can transition after sport in a healthy and safe way to increase well-being through positive psychology practices. In addition to speaking, she teaches physiology, health, and physical education at St. Margaret’s Episcopal School in San Juan Capistrano and is head coach of both their men's and women's swim teams.
