With guests in the field of psychology, mindfulness, musical therapy and others, each episode gives you a takeaway -- a way to help yourself heal from the trauma that elections and politics have caused. Katie's guests help us understand why we're having the reactions we are having, and gives us some tools to use so we can begin to heal. This Election is a bit of a family affair, in that Katie's own son composed the music for the show.
