    This weekly podcast will include everything from laughter roaring to covering Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)...anything goes.

  • Season 3: Episode 7 Beautiful People Don't Just Happen...A Special Message from Dr. Yvonne Kaye

    As we celebrate Mother's Day, I thought it appropriate to do an episode about self love, resilience and grit and the importance of understanding how valuable this is when it comes to loving ourselves.

    This one is packed with my favorite passages and gems from those I turn to for inspiration, hope and the courage to live another day with grace and purpose. In this brief time together, I hope you will learn that you are a brilliant, healthy, incredible person.

    And know that you are more resilient than you take credit for.

    "The most beautiful people in the world are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss and have found their way out of the depths. These persons have an appreciation, a sensitivity, an d an understanding of life that fills them with compassion, gentleness and a deep loving concern. Beautiful people don't just happen.     If you don't have a mother or grandmother living or anyone to act as your cheerleader, let me be that person for you.

    In closing, I wish you well. I wish you the beauty of life. I wish you the strength to open your heart and your soul. To love yourself, to be patient with yourself (I flunked that one, but I'm working on it!), and to accept love.
