    Difficult situations are a part of our everyday lives. We are constantly coming up against things that touch a trigger or trauma, but many don't know what to do when this happens. Many may not even be able to identify that it is a trauma trigger. Understanding how to process difficult situations is important for every good leader. On today's show, I have a conversation with Dr. Deb to talk about ways that you can process when times get tough.
