Scamming incidents are on the rise and they're getting more sophisticated, leaving thousands of victims in their wake. This episode provides information on three important areas: The first segment describes common scams out there, and our personal experience with them. In the second part (29:36) we give you a list of safety practices to help keep your assets protected. The third segment (44:30) outlines immediate steps to take if you find yourself caught up in a scam. Knowledge is power and forewarned is forearmed.
