Relatable

Loved this episode! Loved mostly the part about how we will all feel lonely if we feel our feelings! It was all set so well. And that it’s OK to feel sad for the things that we didn’t get. I didn’t get what I needed from my mom, and I had to mourn that.
And when I acknowledge that and felt the feelings, the universe and God put people in my life to fill the different spots that I needed even when she still alive.
I accepted her for wherever she was at that moment and just accepted it. I had three years of good communication with her before she passed. And I never had regrets because I didn’t try to change what was real. And we had better conversations when I just accepted her for exactly how she was. So this was so good to hear a good reminder of , feeling sad for a loss of things that u don’t have., Or haven’t received. Thank you, ladies you are the best!
