In this episode, we explore how choosing compassion and grace over self-criticism can help heal codependency and the mother wound.

When we are hard on ourselves for our perceived flaws or mistakes, we perpetuate feelings of not being good enough. It is through showing ourselves compassion and accepting where we are in our journey that we actually create enough spaciousness to heal codependency and the mother wound within us.

I’ll be reading from my book “Healing the Mother Wound: With Mother Earth” today, and sharing from the section titled, “Destiny”.
