    Segment 3- "Dear Kyle." 

    Episode 2 question: "Dear Kyle, when I ask my wife what she wants for holidays and her birthday she always says she doesn’t care. But It seems like she never really like what I get her. Or maybe she just likes returning stuff or giving it away to her sister. What the hell do I do with that? " 

    As alway's Kyle gives shares some kind thoughts and Brandy shares an insensitive opinion.

    Segmant 4- "Marriage Self-Help" exercise to  review.

    Last episode K & B  chose an exercise from marriage.com that they nick-named the “Passive Aggressive Appreciation list”. They tried it each day for two weeks. It is still undetermined if it's a do or a dud,  but they did discover they have less to comoplain about then they had imagined.

    This episode’s activity to try:

    Each spouse gets to choose one thing they know they do that annoys their spouse. For the allotted time period ( two weeks ) they are going to try their best to “not” do the thing that annoys our spouse. They will not mention the habits at all during the time period. Hopefully by simply directing attention to the negative habit they will help direct change.
