Here, Brian introduces us to a debt buyer and collector that he has not done much work against up until now. But, like all other debt buyers, "we use their own documents against them." We reviewed the lawsuit, and we put all the defects in their complaint pleadings and their documentation into our counter affidavit. Then, all the work from the counter affidavit "plonks" into the Answer and Affirmative Defenses and you are on your way. Counter Affidavit follows you all the way home to the end of the case.
