Let's Talk Wellness - with Host, Mara James

Parent-Child relationships are well known for the built-in obstacles that can make it feel like you’re in a spin cycle that never goes anywhere. This week, Mara welcomes Sabrina Garrido for a conversation about learning, and using, coping skills to give both parents and children ways to get out of the spin cycle and build more connection and confidence with each other.

Sabrina works with high achieving young adults & first responders as they experience life phase transitions, helping them navigate anxiety, trauma, and people pleasing tendencies. She uses various therapeutic modalities such as EMDR and attachment therapy. She connects with her clients in an authentic way which allows them to feel safe, seen, heard & not judged during their healing process.
