  • Czarinnah (Ching) Araneta has extensive work experience in Professional Learning and Development, particularly in identifying and designing appropriate learning measures for Local Chief Executives, such as mayors, governors and public health practitioners, and in planning and managing training interventions to improve health governance and local health systems development. Her expertise also includes program and project management, from conceptualization to design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, of community health programs such as adolescent sexual and Reproductive Health and Maternal and Child health programs. Czarinnah is also a Professional Fellow (Civic Engagement theme) of the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) - the U.S. government’s signature program for young leaders in Southeast Asia. In 2019, she served as the Country Lead of the YSEALI Women Leadership Academy Alumni Network in the Philippines. Czarinnah completed her master’s degree in MA Education, Health Promotion, and International Development at the University College London under the Chevening Scholarship program of the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office.
