Sarah's work was born out of lived experience of childhood trauma, mental illness, and addiction that spanned across 3 decades. In 2022 Sarah was awarded funding from innovator UK to carry out a research project to demonstrate that a preventive approach to workplace wellbeing can support better mental health and emotional resilience for employees. The feedback was extremely positive. And Sarah is now looking to expand upon this research by helping individuals and organisations to develop healthier daily habits that support our basic needs.
