  • Happy Birthday to us. Shine Radio has been broadcasting 24 hours a day since 15 August 2020.

    Our volunteer team built the full time radio station as a lockdown project after growing a local reputation through daily podcasts.

    Hugh Bonneville was the first voice on air, followed by a wide range of local people from around the area and our presenters Joff Lacey and Claire Vennis.

    Enjoy that little moment of local broadcasting history as our team marks four years on the air, and hear Jack and Tod reflect on their role with the radio station here in Petersfield.
