    •  Our honorable PM has announced the day 21TH June as a Yoga day. Its very nice preparation for the better health without medicine. 
    •    Today we have a lot of work to our brain so that people are doing so many exercises for the body but what about the brain as brain is getting very easily and quickly tired. Some people can't work continuously for the brain for 2 hours. If we will forcefully sat them to do work they will make so many mistakes or not doing it properly. 
    •   We know that to run our body and brain we are taking complete food or balanced diet. But if we will not doing any complete exercise it can't be nourish properly. Then we feel lazy, and didn't want to do any type of work. 
    •   Nowadays people are very aware for doing YOGA. They are doing it regularly. In Chicago near village ''Neprvill'' there is a school and some teachers have made experiment on Yoga. Students have reduced their weight with exercise. Also have so many benefits of it. Their concentration power, behavior skill, understanding, helping nature to the others, to make union like this new skills they have adopted after doing the exercise. 
    • Christian Anderson are working in the YOGA school . They have been observed that due to Yoga our Serotine and dophemine enzymes can secret with balancing value. So that we can be happy any time. Also we can be calm, cool in any situation. ''Creating good thoughts is the key of yoga exercise''   
    •    Benefits of yoga : We perfectly know that YOGA'S benefits are not for the single person but it can be work for the whole universe. It has been proved that. 
    • Now we have to check types of exercise and yoga . 
    •   There are 3 types of Yoga 1] For the heart for ex weight lifting 2]  For stressing and brain : YOGA and aerobic. Aerobic can give more benefit to the brain as well as lungs. 
    •   To do Aerobic exercise not need to go in gym but you can do it at home. You can do exercise by jumping, cycling, walking running , jumping on the rope , etc.
