On this pre recorded episode I speak about my experiences with past and current friends, including those in secondary years. I tell you guys a bit more about my expectations in a friendship and what things to look out for when building new connections. I reflect on past things that have happened to me and highlight how important it is to always learn from mistakes and broken friendships, because that is the only way to learn. With that, I share one of the biggest limits I have in a friendship and why I believe no one should cross it. Hope you enjoy!

On this episode I speak about family and how important it is to be surrounded by the right ones, who look to teach you and guide to be the best version of yourself. I point out things which family members should do in your presence and absence, and questions wether or not it should be allowed even if they are "blood related". I speak about the transition of going from a child to an adult and give a reasoning to why we should follow what makes us comfortable rather than follow what we are told, by anyone in our family, aiming to break that generational cycle. I also aim to teach the importance of setting up limits and boundaries so we live a life for us and the way we want to.

On this episode we speak about the initial idea of starting my podcast and sharing what inspired me to do so. I share a bit of my childhood and the struggles which I faced when I came to London, including my identity crisis. I touch on what it means for me to have three different countries mixed in one and how that makes us all special.
