She spoke about the process of the major change in her life and how Bruce (Prison Consultant/Coach) was a great source of help. She also talks about how the experience was for her loved one and the challenges they both went through during the Covid-19 pandemic. A strong recommendation made by Debbie for those going through this progress is to educate yourself about the prison system, especially the inmate handbook. Debbie explains how it helped her and her family members go through the federal prison system. One main talking point is the chaos of working through the prison system and how we need to focus on what we can control and not let outside focus dictate so much about how we react. Bruce later in the program goes over the truths and rumors of the federal system and his blunt approach to helping his prison clients.
