He chats about the Rewards For Racing programme he founded and chairs and Racing Pathway which aims to open up a path into the racing industry for people from all backgrounds. A diversity and inclusivity champion, Josh talks about the Racing Media Academy and his role in driving forward awareness and improvement in our sport in terms of improving accessibility to all.
