  • There are a ton of podcasts out there but one thing that’s missing, at least I think, is the real person view.  The view from a 40-year old woman surfer in Southern California in the line-up, I’m not a horrible surfer, we’ll say average.  I celebrate all women who surf or anyone in general because it’s hard.  I hope that my stories and experiences in this podcast will inspire you and empower you to live your best life.  

    We’re gonna talk about everything related to surfing at 40, finding your surf crew, surfing in a male dominated line-up, how to strengthen your surfing, how surfing heals your mind, body, + soul, tips, mental health and are you ready??!!  The first episode is "Dating in the Line-Up" aka "Toyotas have Great Suspension".
