About our episode today:
Having an autoimmune disease is not easy, however learning to deal with it and learning to read the signs of my body of when it is acting up in my body, has been the greatest gift for me.

Listening to our bodies, when they whisper instead of when they scream, can make all of the difference for our body.

I appreciate now the messages my body gives me so that I can learn to treat her the way she deserves to be treated.

Listen to this episode even if your body doesnt scream with an autoimmune disease. Listen when she whispers so that she doesnt need to scream.
