He opens up about growing up in a broken home, enduring deep loss, joining a gang, falling into heroin addiction, and spending a total of 15 years behind bars. Yet through it all, by the grace and mercy of God, Anthony’s life was completely transformed. Today, He is now an ordained minister and also he travels to churches and communities, sharing his inspiring testimony from Violence to Grace.

I’m joined by Latasha Starling-Love, a woman whose testimony reveals the true power of redemption and faith. Latasha grew up knowing about the Lord but life took a painful turn when tragedy struck. She tried to handle the pain her own way… and those choices led to some very difficult consequences. Her journey even took her behind prison walls. But it was there, in that place of brokenness, that she returned to the Lord with a sincere heart and surrendered her life completely. Since that moment, Latasha has been faithfully serving God. Using her story to inspire and uplift others.

Today, I’m joined by Fernanda Herrera, who has an incredible testimony. Fernanda opens up about her early years growing up in extremely tough conditions that shaped her outlook on life. In her search for belonging, she found herself drawn into a gang and spent several years caught in that lifestyle. Yet, throughout her journey, there were moments when God was planting seeds gentle reminders of His presence and love. Over time, those seeds took root, and Fernanda made the life-changing decision to fully surrender her heart to the Lord. Today, she walks faithfully with Jesus and is passionately sharing His love and hope with others.

That path ultimately resulted in a prison sentence after being involved in a series of robberies. While incarcerated, Anthony turned to the religion of Islam, searching for meaning and direction. But it wasn’t until after his release that everything changed. When one prayer was answered in a way that led him into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Today’s guest is Alex Evangelista, a devoted follower of Jesus Christ who has been walking faithfully with the Lord for many years. But Alex’s journey didn’t start there. He spent a significant part of his life involved in gang activity, cycling in and out of jail and prison. Even in the midst of darkness, seeds of truth and hope were being planted in his life. Ultimately, God stepped in and began to convict Alex’s heart, leading him away from destruction and into a powerful relationship with Jesus.

He was part of a street gang, a shot caller in a prison gang, and helped sell drugs with a cartel. His life was a cycle of jail, prison, and chaos. He was trapped in darkness. But in the middle of the mess, Jay realized something had to change. He knew only Jesus could turn his life around. So he surrendered. Fully and completely. to Christ.
