What was it like being in foster care and your family knowing exactly where you are? What was it like knowing that your family members didn't want you?

If I could get an answer on anything, it would be why did she leave? I no longer need that answer because as I went through life, I began to understand more. Just like me, some things were out of her control and I'm pretty sure she has asked some of the same questions as me. Y'all let's face it, generational curses are real! Here's the beginning of my journey. Make sure to follow because there's so much more.

Have you ever got to a place of where you seem aggravated? Overwhelmed? Irritated?

This happens to me more than you would think. But when this happens, I've learned that I need to shut out the noise and just go into a quiet space for a bit of time to reflect and refocus. It's been one of the healthiest things that I have learned to do. Hopefully this helps someone when they are going through these moments.

Have you ever stayed in situations longer than you should have and you are forced to move out of the situation but not in the way you would want it to have been? Most of the time it ends in a negative result. But how long do we prolong our blessings due to our own delay? I for one am guilty! I do it way too much just wanting to make sure I make the right decision. It's a blessing and a curse!! LOL

Have you ever reached the moment where you realize that just maybe you're the problem? I know the title of my Podcast is "It's Complicated" but I just realized that I am complicated! I'm not easy to know, understand or love. That's a harsh reality to face and there's definitely going to be a lot of thoughts going through my head going forward. I may just be silent more and listen more. Who know? I mean, the being silent part is going to be hard since I love to talk. LOL
