  • Jess is a Spiritual Grounding Coach - Reiki Practitioner & Motivational Mindset Speaker for UR~Grounded LLC Jess has been studying the spiritual side of life now since her “spiritual awakening” in 2017. This spiritual journey has lead her to create her holistic healing business- UR~Grounded LLC in July 2018. Her story might be similar to a few out there, she was in a Toxic 10 year marriage that was ending & had to Relearn how to LIVE again, after deciding that she would not let this be the END of her story. Jess started seeing repetitive numbers such as 777 & 711 and this caused her to look further into what it meant. Jess guides: "This whole journey has changed my ENTIRE view and way I Live my life, including my toxic eating & daily routine! I Love to help others by teaching them simple habits to change." Recently, Jess has expanded her holistic healing business - founded in 2018 -UR~Grounded llc , to create a speaking platform for her to share her Message about Toxic Relationships, Spirituality, the Underdog Story and Community Heart centered Entrepreneurs! Currently, she is working to expand on her Motivational Mindset Speaking services by growing her Podcasting FB page - Spoken Like an Angel Before her days of being a Spiritual Grounding Coach and Energy Healer, Jess was part of the medical community where she held various care-giving positions such as Certified Nurse Assistant, Behavioral Tech for children's mental health & Caregiver since 2008. In 2012, she completed her Associate's Degree in Applied Sciences, with a Major in Medical Assisting at NAU in Overland Park, KS. After completing this degree in 2012, Jess worked for various specialty physician’s offices as a Medical Assistant including: Infectious Disease in Kansas City, MO to start her career off & the Air Force Academy as a med tech in their family health clinic.
