  • It is an experiment for the next 100 Days - putting myself out there - in this world - finding my voice on my journey "WHO I AM"!In Preparation for this experiment, I can feel how my system works with a lot of resistance against me. There is a part in me who doesn't want to be heard, who doesn't want to be seen, is afraid of doing something wrong, saying something not right, and not being good enough. I've been preparing for this moment for a whole 20 days, My inner perfectionist did everything to make it as perfect as possible. All of these pretenses were made very clear to prevent me from showing myself... as I am. This experiment of going live every day, showing up, and using social media as a platform for me to convince the part of me that is afraid and train my muscle of visibility. Intention: My heart desires to overcome this insecurity. This part I've had for so long about doing something wrong. This feels like the next step on my "WHO I AM"; true to the motto, just do it, as authentically as possible, without a mask and a filter.Every day for 100 days, I will ask myself what it is like to be "me", reflect, express my truth and be curious about what my experience of just being me will be like at that moment.
