Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton sued the city of Dallas yesterday over the State Fair of Texas' new policy banning guns this year. The Attorney General joined us earlier this morning to discuss the lawsuit.

The State of Texas is investigating groups that help migrants...to determine if they're planning and facilitating the illegal transportation of immigrants across the border.
Attorney General Ken Paxton's office wanted to question the head of the group "Team Brownsville" as part of that investigation...but a judge has ruled the group is not required to take part in depositions related to that investigation.
