  • This episode we interview Northern Michigan Occupational Therapist Kate Schmacher who owns the only mobile concierge Pelvic Floor practice serving women of all ages who many be experiencing pelvic pain, bladder or bowel dysfunction, preparing for birth or recovering postpartum. Her practice is called Peaceable Pelvis. She helps us understand what a pelvic floor is, how to strengthen it, how it can be impacted by stress or trauma, and we get into some nitty gritty and you know us gals love to be transparent and vulnerable!!
