Communication is key. 

We're out here working in silence and spend the most of our time with the people at work; friends, collegues, and busines partners. 

The people around you (your family) are celebrating with you in your huge successes. 

The problem is, most of them think you're working for a self-serving mission. 

They feel neglected. 

Ignored. 

This is why it's important to let your family know why you're doing what you're doing. 

Share what you're doing and why you're doing it. 

I explain to my children why I go to work. 

I want them to have the actual Lambo in the garage, not the poster in their bedroom. 

My wife is the same. 

I work my ass off so if something happens to me, Amy is covered. 

She understands this as well as my children. 

Make sure you're telling your family that you are taking action while you're not there. 

Invest your time well in work. 

Include your family in on what you're doing and why you're doing it so they don't think you're simply all in for you. 

Keeping your family in the loop starts with frequent communication.
