Today I have the pleasure of introducing Mark Shapiro for a beautiful conversation on what it is to be human and to do our best through the events that life presents to us.

Mark is a beautiful human who believes in the power of kindness and authenticity. Not only he talks the talk - and you can witness that on his TEDx talk about building connectedness with people, you can also read about it in his essay about kindness in Living Kindly - but he also walks the walk - be it through coaching leaders in kind leadership which is a paradigm shifted in itself, to sending a personalized birthday video to every single of his 3,000+ Facebook friends for years in order to bring a smile on everyone’s face on their special day, to having founded the Love Bomb App, a really beautiful and practical social assistant that helps you stay connected with others every day and especially on their special days.

Above all Mark is someone who strives to live in accordance with his values and it shows in every interaction I have with him. He's an example of being caring and helpful and every time I see him I leave with my heart that much warmer and my smile that much bigger.
