And that's what you will get to appreciate, the perfection of God when He works things out for good.This is not to say that one heals completely from things that God uses to mature and transform us. The physical trauma after rape, the psychological consequences, the difficulties in building and maintaining relationships, and the negative relationship with one's body remain part of the struggle for the longest time. Some things heal with time, but some stay for God knows how long. The ones that don't heal become a thorn in your flesh that God uses to keep you low and human, even as He makes your life better.
