Laurie takes on her first ever solo episode this month. She will be reading a page from her book "Joy in the Journey" and continue the conversation of healthy relationships.
She believes that when our communication suffers it affects everything. We are triune beings, interconnected, mind, body and spirit.
She will share some of her own experiences in life, never speaking up for many years and avoiding all conflicts. As well as how it affected her health later in life.
