According to the Census Bureau’s Business Formation Statistics, there is a surge in new business formations that has been steadily increasing well above historical norms. Reportedly, the 2021 year ended with well over 400k more business formation filings, the largest influx ever reported.  

    On this episode, we will be speaking with Ayanna Smith, who considers herself to be a serial entrepreneur, having successfully launched and formed several different business ventures in past years, with most recently opening her very own physical location.
