You had the time to take measure within, do the shadow work, get back to basics, find yourself, learn new things. For me the beginning of the pandemic was super hard. I was a globetrotter in the cannabis industry and a mega socialite. Now, I pass on invitations, VIP outings and don't feel as comfortable in social settings as I once did. Am I now an introverted extrovert?

So I started my podcast on time and did not have my talking notes. So, I created another one the same night at 11 pm. Mainly cause I wanted to knock the first one out finally after having COVID derail my plan for a launch in July.

Tonight's episode - We all have that one memory of what we were doing when the globe shut down. I started in Hong Kong and when I came home on July 23rd, I found it odd that the first case in the US was in my home town of Everett, Washington on January 18th. I also thought how weird no one in my travel group was contacted by TSA, homeland security, etc. Now here we are end of August 2022. I have friends that go out frequently and have gotten COVID. And I am just here, creating. Somewhat of a recluse now. Are we post this or is it just the eye of the storm?

The podcast went over many topics that brought me to conclude with the term "know thyself".

You can hear all about it now by listening to my first ever podcast. The link in my bio will take you to all my art shows and the date/times of my live podcasts to join me.
