    Sailakshmi Santhanakrishnan's journey to success has been one of unexpected turns and courageous choices. Initially, she left India to pursue a career abroad and was hired by a company as a campus recruit. However, instead of directly coming to the United States, she began her professional life in the Caribbean, where the organization she worked for had operations.
