Welcome back to Life in San Frandisco! ~

Woo!! it's August yo... I got two  "new" jobs, still suck at geography, and I got a haircut. #highthoughts oh-- and I've been feeling #overstimulated with technology so I had a fantastic lil #digitaldetox

This week's guest... is a scientist (biologist at heart <3), scuba diver, high energy transplant from the Midwest.

We talk about the differences from living in Missouri compared to the Bay Area, getting scuba diving certified and her favorite places she’s been to, growing up in Saudi Arabia and going to high school in Germany, partying in Prague, how to be successful at working remote, and her favorite music genre country music remixes… YEEDM!

We discuss all things San Francisco…

    - Living in the Mission District

    - Her boyfriend Josh’s first time in San Francisco / Bay Area

    - Public transportation

    - Having a car in the city

    - The time someone tried to syphon gas from her car…

We also got to talk about my favorite topic…

~love~  Specifically--her boyfriend's woodworking company that he has on the side (which makes him more of a master in her opinion) and how he has helped her #nightowl-self transform into a morning person!!

(the documentary)--- until dropping out when he got #sponsed by Supra! Ahh so much!!

We discuss all his creative endeavors--- music, finding a band (attempting to), stand-up comedy, filmmaking, WRITING OBSESSIVELY.... and going into a #depression after getting fired from a dream job-- with a dream team--- but how it has also fueled him to do his own projects.

My fav highlights from the convo...

    - Learning his creative process

    Apr 28 2022

Welcome back to Life in San Frandisco! Thank you for tuning in~

On this episode, I share a little exerpt from the latest audiobook I was inspired by... The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success by Deepak Chopra.

My wonderful guest this week, is a boss-ass woman---who used to be my literal boss, a nature fairy-girl, and one of my best friends, Alex Brooks.

During our discussion we dive deep into mental health, San Francisco-livin', reflect on some of the great times we've had together and so much more.

A main takeaway from this episode is MENTAL HEALTH OVER MONEY and how doing the hard thing is usually the right thing. Just go for it!!
