This week we're chatting about mindset. Particularly how our mindset regarding selling our house, living in a van and keeping our kids at 'home' (and out of preschool) evolved in to what it is today. We're hoping to spread a bit of inspiration, so more people can live life the way THEY want to, and sometimes that means outside the norms of society, and shift their perspective on life without having to go through a life threatening challenge such as a fight with cancer.

This episode was recording in our home/studio/campervan (called Sunny) on the east coast of Sweden.

We’re talking about how cancer affects mental health, and how going on potentially one of the toughest journeys imaginable, it is possible to come out of the other side still laughing. Both of us have had an extremely difficult time during Malin’s battle with colon cancer, and we’re chatting about how we try to keep a positive mindset throughout all the darkness, how Malin has been the victim of online bullying, and how we would like to do our part to normalise the discussion around mental health.

We’re still currently travelling through Europe, making our way back up to Sweden after exploring southern Europe and the Canary Islands this winter in our DIY built campervan called Sunny. We’re currently sat in a vineyard in a chilly France.

Last year we sold our house and moved in to our van full time. Living and travelling in a van with two young kids is not without it's challenges, and this week we're chatting about the ups and the downs of how it feels to travel across Europe while trying to raise two small humans.
