  • Lina used to be a NASA scientist studying the role of the ocean in global climate change. She was a research scientist, management consultant, Ph.D. scholar while working full-time, and has been working in the international development space with The World Bank since 2002, spanning multiple sectors and countries, building trust amidst uncertainty through supporting implementation of governments’ reform projects while measuring results and impacts in the Global South. Lina has lived in five countries, on three continents, and is passionate about clarity amidst uncertainty. Lina coaches in the intersection of transitions, belonging, and purpose, and her clients are leaders, mostly expats and adult third culture kids (TCKs), who are in global transitions, excited about learning about themselves, to be more resilient and agile, and at the same time empathetic and mindful in a rapidly evolving world.
