Heather is a mom of 2 & former kindergarten teacher. She's the owner & founder of Kindergarten Ready Skills, where she helps preschool moms prepare their kiddos for kindergarten by making learning fun & easy.

She's also the creator of Kindergarten Ready Club, a monthly membership which supports hundreds of families with done-for-you learning activities delivered to your inbox.

Today's interview is with Shannon Moore from Moore Literacy Leaps (@mooreliteracyleaps on Instagram)

Shannon is a certified reading specialist who helps K-5 students and teachers with proven intervention methods so they can be successful in the classroom.

Throughout her 20 year career, Shannon has held many roles as an educator, including classroom teacher, reading specialist, Response to Intervention (RTI) coordinator, instructional coach, consultant, and private tutor.

Shannon is also the author of the Education Post article: “Science of Reading vs. Whole Language War Rages On; Students Lose.”
